The Court of Civil Appeals reversed the trial courts judgment and remanded for a new trial. 584 S.W.2d 284. We reverse the judgment of the Court of Civil Appeals and affirm the judgment of the trial court except that part of its judgment which awarded recovery for mental anguish. The trial courts judgment is otherwise affirmed.
